Meet The Team
Meet the students behind Enactus THUAS. Our board works together to guide the organisation, support project teams, create opportunities for members, and strengthen our community. Each board member brings a different perspective and set of skills, united by a shared commitment to entrepreneurship and positive impact.
Lena Lysychonok
As Co-Chair of Enactus THUAS, I am responsible for overseeing the organisation’s internal operations, financial management, and strategic planning. I work closely with the board to ensure projects are well-coordinated, resources are managed effectively, and members are supported throughout their Enactus journey. As part of Shadow Walk, I contribute to a project focused on raising awareness of accessibility challenges and promoting a more inclusive society. I also manage our social media communications, showcasing our projects, events, and the impact of our initiatives.
Ilinca Gruia
As Co-Chair of Enactus THUAS, I help coordinate the board, support our project teams, and build relationships with external partners. I focus on creating opportunities for collaboration and helping turn our ideas into meaningful social impact. I am also part of Shadow Walk, where I contribute to the development of an immersive VR prevention experience that helps young people recognise peer pressure, manipulation and exploitation. My work includes supporting the project’s strategy, partnerships, communication and presentation.
